Psychotherapy that meets you where you are — with clinical precision, genuine warmth, and the space to figure things out at your own pace.
About
I'm Erin Bradshaw, a licensed clinical social worker based in Portland's Hawthorne district. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the quiet accumulation of stress that can make even the most capable people feel overwhelmed.
My approach is relational and collaborative. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is the primary vehicle for change — a space where you can be honest, messy, and fully seen. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR, tailoring each treatment plan to your unique needs and goals.

Approach
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Each person brings a unique history, a distinct way of being in the world, and their own timeline for healing. My role is to walk alongside you — offering tools, insight, and the steady presence of someone who truly listens.
